I stayed here for a short transit and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff, especially when they helped me with my luggage. The kitchenette in my room was roomy and equipped, which made it convenient for my needs. The atmosphere felt very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable despite the distance from some attractions.

We took the kiddies to Publix Field for a fun-filled day, and it was great having a comfy space to come back to! The kitchenette was handy for snacks, and the staff was super friendly, making our stay enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel.

The room was nice and had a cozy feel to it, but I really missed having some cooking utensils for a nice dinner. They did have a small pool and a lounge that were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the front desk wait was a bit long at check-in, but overall I enjoyed my stay! 😊

It was just a commendable fit for a day tour in Lakeland with definitely value for money. The room had an odd smell and cleanliness was a concern, but the staff did their best to accommodate the situation. Check your room thoroughly before settling in to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

The cleanliness of the Standard Double Room was commendable, and I appreciated the good air conditioning. The staff made a significant impact on my experience. their kindness in assisting with my luggage was truly heartwarming. However, the room lacked coffee supplies and dishes, which diminished the kitchenette's appeal. Additionally, a rude interaction with a staff member upon check-in left a sour note. Unfortunately, the absence of breakfast options was also disappointing.

Amazing staff, comfy stay!
I had a great 3-night stay in a Standard Double Room. Roscoe and Angel were super helpful, even helping me with my luggage. The place feels like home, especially the cozy kitchenette for quick meals. My only gripe was the shower could've used a little more pressure. But honestly, the service made it all worth it!

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Publix Field and Lakeside Village and enjoyed every moment. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. Keep in mind that while the hotel is affordable, cleanliness might be an issue, so check your room upon arrival.
One downside was the elevator, which had a strong unpleasant smell. It really stuck out during our stay and made it a bit uncomfortable.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
